Muddy Waters was created using leftover dyes from batch ice-dyeing several pieces at once. When it dried, I was initially disappointed by how muddy the colors looked. But that’s when the phrase “Muddy Waters” came to mind.
 
Yes, muddy waters—trials and distractions that cloud our focus—can blur our vision. But if we have a heart that sees, one that seeks Jesus, we will always find our way back to Him.
This art piece is created using hand-dyed fabric and fiber scraps, finished by machine free-motion stitching, and set in a floating frame. Each expressive saying is machine-stitched in a free-motion style I developed and affectionately call “Chalkboard Writing.”
 
My unique art pieces add a pop of color to any wall and come ready to hang, with a wall screw included for your convenience.
